FARMER’S BELTS FOR ROUND BALERS

The belts for round balers are used in machines which bale straw, hay and green forage.
We
may
observe
the
development
of
technology
among
the
producers
of
round
balers
in
which
the
correctness
of
the
operation of the whole system is dependent on the particular mechanic elements, including the belts.
The
accurateness
of
the
operation
of
round
baler
allows
for
unfailing
work of particular elements of the machine, i.e.:
•
the effectiveness of operation,
•
trussing of the automatically rounded bale,
•
constant monitoring in the cell, which allows for maintaining of the
evenness of its filling
•
informing about the stability intracellular pressure, which is
responsible for forming the bale during its rounding.
Regarding
the
requirements
of
the
machines
and
the
expectations
of
our
customers,
there
are
special
belts
used
by
round
ballers
in
our
offer.
The
application
of
our
belts
ensures
the
maintenance
of
the
parameters
which
are
required
in
the
cell,
which
results
in the accurate pressure.
The
belts
in
our
offer
are
fabric
rubber
belts.
The
core
of
the
belt
has
1
to
3
dividers.
The
type
of
the
fiber
of
those
dividers
is
dependent
on
the
type
of
work
and
the
producer.
The
belts
have
the
proper
tension,
durability,
scrub
resistance
of
the
covers
and
load-
bearing structure of the belt in regard to the type of the baler.
What
is
more,
we
optionally
provide
the
custom-made
belts
for
round
balers.
They
are
produced
according
to
the
measurements
handed
by
our
customers'.
They
may
also
be
interconnected
or
just
prepared
for
connection
with
the
usage
of
mechanical
joints.
The
belts
which
are
interconnected
as
a
closed
loop
may
be
produced
with
the
use
of
a
mechanical
joint
assembly
or
as
an
endless
belts
made
in
the process of retreading.
